Children will gain an understanding of different emotions and how these emotions can affect us at different times. Each session focuses specifically on anxiety. Sessions will encourage children to recognise how they feel and behave when they are worried regardless of how big or small these worries may seem. They will have the opportunity to share their worries safely and they will also learn calming strategies and relaxation techniques.
This kit box contains planning and all resources required to deliver this intervention for up to 15 children. The kit box also contains a pen drive with all worksheets available to download and print off should you require more worksheets for additional children.
