The ‘Emotion Explorers’ intervention has been developed to support children approximately aged 5-7 years old in developing emotional intelligence.  This intervention will support the development of self-awareness, empathy and emotional regulation.
‘Emotion Explorers’ offers a holistic approach to understanding emotions by providing a supportive environment where children can explore their emotions and learn essential emotional regulation strategies.  It provides a basis to equip children with the skills required to be confident and resilient young people.
