Children will explore a variety of different emotions to enable them to understand that we feel a number of different emotions at different times throughout our lives. 

Once the children have gained an understanding of emotions, the sessions will then focus on the feeling of anger.  The 6 sessions will enable the children to understand what angry feels like, the difference between good and bad anger and also strategies and relaxations techniques to help them to cope with feeling angry.
