Children will gain an understanding of different emotions and how these
emotions can affect us at different times throughout our lives. The sessions will then focus specifically on anxiety. Sessions will encourage children to recognise how they feel and behave when they are worried regardless of how big or small these worries may seem. They will have the opportunity to share their worries safely and they will also learn calming strategies and relaxation techniques to help them to cope with their emotions.
